INB is actively hiring a tenacious and driven Vice President – Business Solutions Sales Officer to join its team in the Springfield, Champaign, Bloomington or Peoria, IL area.

Since 1999, INB operates with its community at center stage, and that mindset remains as INB continues to grow. Working with clients to educate on getting started in building financial stability, INB also integrates tax planning into investment strategies. This will allow this individual the exciting opportunity to help shape the details of this role.

The Vice President – Business Solutions Sales Officer will oversee important company accounts and manage RFP processes for these relationships. The Officer will also be responsible for serving, maintaining, and supporting the existing portfolio of business clients in the Central Illinois market. Customers, prospects, and Relationship Managers look to the Business Solutions Officer to be their trusted Treasury Management advisor.

Job Duties:

  • Work with lenders to drive the development of new profitable Treasury Management business while maintaining and growing the existing portfolio
  • Build collaborative internal relationships to develop and foster partnerships with assigned lending partners
  • Actively participate in partner meetings and communicates key Treasury Management messages timely and accurately
  • Responsible for effectively selling the Bank’s depository and treasury management services to existing and prospective clients, either in conjunction with Relationship Managers or on an individual basis
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging core knowledge to recommend and promote Treasury Management solutions to clients and prospects while working within the risk parameters that protect the bank

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in finance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Treasury Management or Commercial Bank Sales
  • Ability to make sound decisions that consider and balance the needs of the customer and the bank
  • Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred but not required
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction
